Middle- and Top management: During the time from 2007 to 2009 I had the opportunity to conduct and organize in the team of Prof. Dr. Alberto Beuchot (Tecnológico de Monterrey Mexico) a very successful team coaching program for a team of managers at the Volkswagen company in Wolfsburg/Germany. We lead the team onto more satisfaction, higher performance, better health and a very good team spirit. The main aim of our coaching concept is the creation of more awareness and the development of the individual personality of each participant. The consequence is a conscious contribution in teams as well as in social and organisational systems. An individual that has access to his inner resources, to his inner self, has got excellent leadership qualities and educes self-initiative and responsibility.
We called the process "change process - back to the centre". We work on all levels of perception with the client. The purpose is to let the client "feel" the process in order to be even more efficient concerning the impact.
Due to the described experiences as a Coach, specialized in systemic and Gestalt methods we developed the following concept for business management:
The workshops are accompanied by the possibility for all participants to voluntarily take part in individual coaching sessions, so each participant can, if requested, work on his own issues.
