What does Coaching mean? Coaching is a cooperative, peer teamwork between a Coach and his coachee. Coachings means to offer the client an ecological access into his working process, using his resources and options to choose. The client should gain through the process clarity, desicion-making and assuming-resposability competencies. Coaching is an activity based helping intervetion. Coaching has nothing to do with a psychotherapy. (Dr. Björn Migge)
Those who start balancing their body, mind and emotions, those who are looking for a less stressful and more respectful intercourse with others and themselves, those are going to be an impulse for others to follow towards the enhancement to grow.Those who are getting more aware of their own potential, they are also getting to be more sensitive for life of either humans, animals or plants. Those who find within theirselves serenity and peace, are very possibly not participating in the destruction of our mother earth. Our efficiency-orientated society is bloquing the fine-tuning of the antennas, that are part of each of us to balance ourselves healthily in our environment. The central idea of my coaching concept is a holistic approach. The holistic approach on my point of view,is the balance between body, mind and emotions as well as the wholeness of being. I am accompanying my clients solution focussed, according to the actual problematic, we are working on and at the same time I am checking the attitude that might have contribued to the problem. I am deeply convinced that the seed of the solution of all kind of problems is allready planted in all of us. The seed is probably buried under the mental trash of our society. Because of this reason it is often not possible for us reach the solution by using our "inner wisdom". Often a undefined "not wellbeing" leads the pleople to my practice. Than I develop with my client a very well formulated goal-definition, I choose the methodology, that fits the client best in order to build up a program, using a mixture of body-awarenes methods and the verbal coaching-question-asking tecnique, to get in a short term of time close to the defined goal. The central purpose of my coaching concept is the using of life-intelligence, by increasing awareness. I am offering to serve you as a bridge towards yourself. |
